1. Information and purpose
The hosting provider processes standard technical logs such as request time, IP address and browser information for delivery, security and fault diagnosis. Watchlists use local browser storage. Administrator sign-in uses an authentication cookie. Public pages record aggregate daily and total visit counts. A cookie containing only the Korea-time date limits counting to once per browser per day. Local storage also keeps that date, aggregate display counts and their cache time to reduce repeat requests. We do not store IP addresses, names or persistent visitor identifiers in this counter. The cookie expires after 24 hours; aggregate counts are retained for historical statistics. Clearing browser storage or using another browser can result in another counted visit.
2. Optional analytics
Vercel Analytics, Speed Insights and Google Analytics are optional. When enabled, they may process usage or performance information under their own policies. Google Analytics may use cookies and online identifiers. These data are used to understand usage and improve performance.

When advertising is enabled, Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on previous visits to this website or other websites. Advertising cookies may allow Google and its partners to serve personalized ads. Ad verification metadata alone does not mean ads are currently being served.
You can manage personalization in Google Ad Settings and review Google’s use of partner-site information. You can also control cookies in your browser. Where consent is required, advertising must follow the consent choices presented by the configured consent platform.
4. Providers, retention and choices
Vercel supplies hosting and Neon supplies the administrator database and aggregate visit counts. Public molecular data are deployed as a reviewed snapshot. Provider-managed logs and optional analytics follow their retention settings and policies. We do not sell personal information. Browser-local watchlists can be deleted through browser storage settings; administrator cookies can be removed by signing out.
